This role is ideal for an experienced Civil Engineer or Transportation Engineer who is passionate about transportation infrastructure, roadway design, and mentoring engineering teams. As a Technical Manager, you will lead hands-on highway and roadway design, guide engineering staff, and ensure high-quality project delivery for clients including NYSDOT and local municipalities.
