POSITION SUMMARY: The Supv-Warehouse will supervise the day-to-day activities of the welding team that performs warehouse functions at a OEM manufacturing center. This position is responsible for ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety throughout the welding process while leading and managing a team of welders. CORE FUNCTIONS: Team Leadership: - Supervise, train, and motivate employees. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Foster a positive and productive work environment. - Act as the main point of contact for team-related issues and concerns. - Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments. - Supervise and coordinate welding activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production deadlines. - Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of welding equipment and tools. - Enforce compliance with safety standards, including OSHA regulations and company-specific policies.
