In this role, you will connect potential clients to the correct Rosecrance services and resources. Perform duties and other miscellaneous tasks. Backup for receptionist when needed. Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience - Minimum of one year of previous switchboard experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. - General Customer Service and switchboard experience preferred - Working knowledge of addiction treatment preferred Essential Responsibilities: Schedule: Shift: T/W/TH from 9:30-6:00pm and F/Sat from 8:30-5:00pm. - Answer all incoming calls from the main line, greet callers, obtain and provide information through a set...
