Job Description Summary The Lead Maintenance Planning Manager will support the Schenectady Cores and Castings Maintenance Team by owning and driving the site’s maintenance planning and reliability strategy to maximize machine and facility operational availability. This role will establish a holistic approach to spare parts management, inventory strategy, and maintenance execution through the implementation and sustainment of Leading2Lean (L2L) and Maximo The position will also lead maintenance readiness for new capital equipment installations, ensuring successful startup and ramp by integrating maintenance planning, spare parts, and technician readiness. This role serves as a key link between Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations to drive disciplined execution and continuous improvement.
