We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Bexley to assist with the appointment of a Head of FM and Capital Projects , on a 6.5-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £492.00 - £694.55 per day Summary: Experienced Facilities Management professional required to lead and oversee FM operations across Council properties and partner services. The role focuses on compliance, contract management, maintenance programmes, asset management, and sustainability initiatives, ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and efficiently maintained while delivering high-quality services and value for money.
