Customer Support SRP Leader (Senior or Principal) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Customer Support SRP Leader (Senior or Principal) to support the Fleet Chief Offices in Seal Beach, California. This position may also support other fleets including cross model projects. The position is responsible for leading resolution of Safety and Economic Service-Related Problems (SRPs) to support the in-service fleet by working with Airplane Programs and across Customer Support teams. Primary responsibilities: Provide the Engineering leadership to a team representing multiple skill areas, which may include internal and external resources and customers. Develop statement of work (SOW) to satisfy research and development, ongoing and new business requirements. Builds Integrated Project schedule to support the project based on complexity. Project schedule supported with resource-based planning to enable first pass quality. Proficient in project management tools (Project, Excel etc. and ability to use tools to tell a story).
