JOB MISSION: The Regional Compensation Manager serves as an expert in compensation across the North America region and in collaboration with various functions and leaders to help define the overall compensation strategy. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: Designs, recommends, and administers compensation programs that address the strategic needs of the region, delivering innovative and customized solutions that reflect the unique dynamics of the diversified workforce.
