Environmental Operations Specialist Chiquita Canyon Landfill – Castaic, CA Full-Time • Salaried • All in compensation: $120,000-$140,000 (including cash + equity bonus) About the Role: The Environmental Operations Specialist plays an essential supporting role at Chiquita Canyon Landfill. This position works directly under the Environmental Manager to ensure that day‑to‑day compliance activities, operational data tracking, and routine environmental tasks are completed accurately, timely, and in alignment with regulatory requirements. This is a hands‑on, task-oriented role well‑suited for someone who is organized, detail-driven, and comfortable working across multiple operational functions. While not a managerial position, it is highly visible and integral to the smooth operation of environmental compliance processes at the site.
