Responsibilities: Warranty & Claims Management: - Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding warranty inquiries and repair status - Review, validate, and process warranty claims for accuracy, eligibility, and compliance with warranty terms - Determine appropriate corrective action, including repair, replacement, or credit authorization - Maintain accurate and complete warranty documentation and claim records Technical & Quality Support: - Analyze reported product failures or defects to identify root causes and trends - Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to address recurring issues - Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to product reliabi...
