Essential Functions — An individual in this role must be able to perform the following functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Checks patrons’ ID to ensure that they meet the minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption. Takes beverage orders from guests and servers. Prepares and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the bar’s standard drink recipes. Recognizes when a customer has had enough to drink. Learns the names and personally recognizes regulars. Accepts payment from guests, bar servers and cocktail staff; processes credit cards. Washes and sterilizes glassware.
