**$5,000 sign on bonus for Full time clinicians** Central Coast Home Health and Hospice is a fast-growing and locally owned organization with an excellent reputation throughout the San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties . We are constantly growing and now seeking full-time or part-time (3 days/wk) RNs to join our hospice team in Santa Barbara (Goleta to Carpinteria) Our nurses deliver high quality care to our hospice patients in their own home environment, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to promote patient and family choice, assure continuity of care, and enhance the quality of life of dying patients. This highly rewarding field requires organization and the ability to work independently, managing your own caseload and making your own work schedule. Work schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5 (flexible) with a weekend rotation. ***NO NIGHT CALL Knowledge/Abilities: - Current California RN License - At least one year of professional nursing experience - CPR certified (Healthcare Provider) - Reliable vehicle to drive for work - Current Driver's license and clean driving record - Have and maintain auto insurance coverage - Hospice &/or Home Health experience is a plus - Understanding...
