Asset Coordinator

Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, tracking, maintaining, and distributing assets to our field crews. Pay is in the $26/hr to $30/hr range. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: QUALIFICATIONS: - Asset Management & Tracking: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all equipment. - Organization: Work with other locations to ensure accurate equipment transfers from site to site and shop to site. - Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with Superintendents to understand their asset needs and ensure timely delivery. - Auditing & Reporting: Conduct regular audits and physical inventories, reporting findings and asset metrics to leadership. - Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with external vendors for procurement, service, and, when applicable, rental equipment. - Perform inventory checks on heavy assets monthly to turn into the equipment manager. - Maintain inventory of all warehouse items for parts, fittings, and equipment. - Create non-technical proposals for project managers. - Work with Y...
