Job Summary Directors of Software Development are responsible for leading and overseeing multiple software development teams , including several software development managers, to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of software projects. In the CDD Development organization, this means providing strategic and operational leadership for the CDD engineering teams that build and enhance high‑volume customer communication solutions for Output Solutions clients. The Director plays a critical role in leading, managing, and directing teams to create high‑quality software products and platform capabilities that meet business goals and client commitments, combining deep technical understanding, strong leadership, and a strategic mindset .
