Why This Role Matters This Executive Assistant role provides high‑level, trusted support to the CEO of Savills, a leading global property advisory group, based in the Sydney CBD office. Operating with a high degree of autonomy and discretion, the role requires strong initiative and the ability to anticipate the CEO’s needs, staying one step ahead to proactively manage priorities and enable effectiveness, while always maintaining complete confidentiality. The position supports the CEO through complex diary and inbox management, coordination of executive and Board meetings, preparation of reports and presentations, and seamless travel and logistics support. Acting as a key point of contact for senior leaders, clients, and stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand, the role is critical in keeping the CEO informed and well positioned for effective decision-making in a global organisation.
