Job Summary Lutheran Hospital Registered Nurse Neuro Spine Med Surg NEW PAY RATES FOR 2026!: Part time: .6 FTE (24 hours per week) Shift: nights 7p-7a Welcome bonus eligible up to $12,500! The Neuro Spine Med Surg team is a 24 bed unit made up of new and seasoned nurses who offer great support and shared knowledge to set the team up for success. The primary patient focus is on patients with symptoms of stroke, seizures, trauma, and other neurological disorders, along with post-op neuro procedures.
