Position Summary: The purpose of this position is to assist manager and Corps officers to serve residents at the L.A. Silvercrest Senior Residence. Essential Functions: - Under the guidelines of Administrator/manager, receive monthly posting to client leger card - Discuss lease agreement with new tenants - Answer telephone and prepare invoice transmittals and venders’ files - Assist in apartment inspections - Send out letters to residents and post notices if required - Take guest room reservations and ensure that rooms are prepared for check-in and should be inspected right after check-out - Complete the monthly statistics - Maintain Residents’ files and purchase office & other suppliesRespond appropriately to any emergencies, answer phone and alarm as needed during weekends - Oversee and maintain petty cash as a petty cash custodian - Assist Administrator to manage Tenan...
