A day in the life of a Director Private Banking region Liège - You coach a local team of around 9 private bankers. - You represent the ING Private Banking organization locally, both internally and externally. - You are steering the synergies with other departments and segments from your area: business banking, independent agents and statutory agents, personal banking… - You are responsible for the commercial performance of your team. - You manage a personal portfolio of clients and contribute to the results of your team. - You embrace the strategy and drive implementation on the field with your team How to succeed: Our biggest expectation is that you’ll stay curious.
