Junior Product Designer

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and curious Junior Product Designer to join our Platform Tribe (specifically the Front End & Design team). While you’ll be embedded in the platform area, your impact will be felt across the entire Mesh product, working on various complex features. What You Will Be Doing: - End-to-End Design: Develop user solutions by creating low-fidelity wireframes, functional workflows, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma. - Collaborative Design: Work closely with the Product Design team and Product Managers across multiple feature teams, supporting requirements, functionality, product strategy and roadmap definition. - Engineering teamwork : Collaborate with FE engineers to handover design, understand technical constraints and create viable solutions. - Executive Support: 80% of your time will be spent on core product design—solving user problems and building UI—while 20% will be spent working directly with our CPTO, Mark Watson , helping to create and refine high-impact external materials and presentations. - Design System Contribution: Maintain and contribute to our evolving design system, ensuring consistency across all platform components. - From Reactive to...
