The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, engaging, and educational environment for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Swim instructors are responsible for leading group, private, and semi-private lessons while promoting water safety and fostering a positive experience for participants and their families. Core Responsibilities: Instructing, evaluating, and supervising all swim lesson participants. Ensuring the safety of the participant in their own class. Remaining after class to answer participant and/or parent questions as needed and clean up supplies. Submitting completed report cards, skills sheets, and attendance information on time.
