Overview Los Alamos Technical Associates, Inc. ( LATA ) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ESH&Q Specialist IV to support and promote a strong Environmental, Safety, Health & Quality culture across project sites and operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, and company ESH&Q requirements while proactively driving continuous improvement initiatives related to workplace safety, environmental stewardship, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on safety professional capable of working independently in dynamic field environments while collaborating closely with project management, craft personnel, subcontractors, and corporate leadership. This individual will be responsible for identifying hazards, conducting audits and inspections, assisting with incident investigations, supporting regulatory compliance efforts, and helping develop and implement site-specific ESH&Q programs and procedures.
