Seeking a Senior Superintendent with aerospace construction experience for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Cape Canaveral, FL. This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental and 401k! Salary is between $155,000 - $210,000 per year (based on experience) The Superintendent will plan, direct, and coordinate construction and maintenance activities for structures, facilities, and systems. This position will oversee projects from conceptual development through scheduling, budgeting, execution, and completion. Responsibilities: Lead site superintendents and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations. Coordinate with owners, contractors, and design professionals to resolve project issues. Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking reports. Review and inspect work for compliance with construction documents, building codes, and safety standards.
