Job Description: The Community Justice Workforce Project is being established by the Community Justice Division in collaboration with the National Social Work Agency to prepare for the changing demands on justice social work and related third‑sector services in response to increases in the prison population. We are seeking expressions of interest from colleagues who would like to take on a Team Leader role to help shape, coordinate and deliver this vital programme of work. This is an excellent development opportunity for someone with strong analytical, policy or programme leadership experience who can work confidently with senior stakeholders, manage complex evidence, and drive forward collaborative work across the community justice sector.
