Engineering Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and impact-driven Engineering Operations Manager to help scale and optimize how our engineering teams plan, execute, and deliver. In this role, you will work closely with engineering leadership, agile coaches, and product teams to translate strategy into execution. You will help drive clarity across priorities, improve delivery predictability, and enable teams to operate at their best. You will play a central role in coordinating planning cycles, tracking key initiatives, and continuously improving processes, tooling, and ways of working across a multi-team engineering organization.
