Description We are seeking a dependable and diligent individual to join our team as a Building Maintenance Assistant. This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks and managing daily garbage and recycling duties to maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept environment for residents. The successful candidate will play an essential role in preserving the comfort and safety of our building community.
