Associate Director / Director, Transaction Management (Capital Markets) Location: London, United Kingdom Job Type: Permanent, Hybrid (3 days onsite) Hours: 37.5 hours per week About the Role: As Associate Director / Director of Transaction Management in CSC’s Global Capital Markets business, you will lead a Transaction Management team supporting complex structured finance and securitisation transactions. You will oversee delivery across a portfolio of SPVs, ensuring strong corporate governance, on-time statutory and transaction compliance, and excellent client service. This is a senior leadership role requiring confident stakeholder management with investment banks, private equity firms, fund managers, and other capital markets participants. You will also help drive operational excellence, risk management, and team development in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
