About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an Executive Director of Deal Pricing to support our Merchant Services business. In this highly visible role, you’ll sit at the intersection of Merchant, sales, and strategy, influencing pricing decisions that directly impact client relationships, profitability, and risk. You’ll partner closely with Merchant Services Sales and Relationship Managers, providing trusted guidance and data‑driven recommendations on complex customer pricing decisions—always aligned with profitability and risk standards. Pricing decisions are grounded in thoughtful analysis of client business dynamics such as sales volume, transaction patterns, seasonality, and cost structures, allowing you to help balance client needs with strong financial outcomes.
