Sr. Quality Engineering Operations Manager

Job Description Summary The Edison Works Sr. Quality Engineering Operations Manager will drive quality metrics and performance for Edison Works (EW), including PSR, APPS, and Action Plan preparation and implementation utilizing FLIGHT DECK. They will direct projects and teams for timely resolution of quality issues, escapes, design change implementation quality impacts, RCCAs and other key/critical processes within GE Aerospace’s Quality Systems. They will prepare communications, lead events, and be an active part of problem solving processes. On behalf of EW Quality, they will help develop strategy and implement key metrics to deliver on business objectives across programs, actively working with EW shop and supplier Quality teams to execute, solve, manage, and improve quality performance. They will create standard work and best practices for how EW Quality integrates within and across IPT, and will apply working knowledge of GE Engineering, Sourcing, Project, Product Operations and Quality team relationships.
