You would be assigned to a Culture and Training Center where you will begin and finish 8 weeks of training to get a solid foundation of what it takes to run a convenience store. You will learn how to provide guest service in assigned store, which includes assisting the general manager in ensuring maximum sales, profitability through merchandise inventory, expense control, team member engagement and managing food operating costs.
