Intern, Global End User computing ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Service Desk team in a fast-paced, global organization within an innovative and unique industry. Some areas that you may contribute in would be Incident Response, Request Fulfillment and maintenance activities for the IT ServiceDesk supporting over 2000 internal users. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS: - Request fulfilment operations such as deployment of new laptops and setup of new users, software installations and mobile phone configuration - Managing users/devices using Microsoft Azure tools - Participate in project activities - Respond to IT related incidents involving IT provided resources (laptop, mobile device and applications, priners) - Strong interest in media/telecommunications and technical interest in computers, operating systems and mobile devices - Excellent analytical and judgment skills, experience with different operating systems such as Windows 11, Windows 10, MACOS, Apple iOS and Android - Understanding of basic Cloud concepts - Basic understanding of IT Service Management processes - Ability to set priorities and to work under tight dead...
