Job description

Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative MTT Instructor to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard. Responsibilities: - Lead mobile training team (MTT) engagements across CONUS/OCONUS: plan, deploy, and deliver instructor‑led and virtual training at PEC, ARRTC, regional sites, and austere field locations. - Design and deliver scenario‑based, mission‑aligned curricula that translate system workflows into applied exercises and performance‑focused outcomes. - Prepare and validate classroom/lab environments: hardware, software, access controls, network connectivity, and training accounts to ensure operational readiness. - Provide real‑time technical troubleshooting and adaptive instruction to maintain course continuity and maximize learner comprehension. - Collaborate with product owners, functional leads, and training centers to update lesson plans, incorporate system enhancements, policy changes, and emerging capabilities into courseware. - Establish instructional standards, mentor and evaluate junior instructors, and codify facilitation techniques and learner engagement best practices. - Conduct pilot deliveries, collect struc...
