Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a driven and experienced Sous Chef to support retail food service operations at Kaiser Permanente in Antioch, CA. This role is ideal for a hands‑on culinary leader who is passionate about fresh, high‑quality food, efficient service, and team development in a fast‑paced retail environment. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to deliver an exceptional dining experience while upholding Sodexo’s standards for food safety, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. SodexoMagic is the joint venture partnership between NBA Hall of Famer, Earvin “Magic” Johnson and Sodexo. This strategic alliance enables us to deliver creative solutions to our clients along with our local partners throughout the communities we serve.
