Position Summary: This position is responsible for leading all components of the payroll process and maintaining day-to-day payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. As part of the HR Operations team, this position partners closely with HR and Finance to support day-to-day operational processes. The Senior Payroll Specialist must demonstrate flexibility and a collaborative mindset to assist with broader HR Operations initiatives and priorities as business needs evolve.
