Can you translate legal requirements into hands-on work guidance for our Business Tribes? Are you able to assess complex GDPR related cases and provide clear answers to our clients and colleagues? Roles & responsibilities: The Data Privacy Team, as part of Safe Data area, ensures that within ING NL we always handle the personal data of our customers with care and that we fulfil all legal requirements. The tasks of the Safe Data area consist of identifying and assessing risks and designing effective approaches to mitigate risks. For example by developing and implementing processes or work instructions to ensure compliant processing of all (personal) data. Furthermore, the team provides practical input on new business activities, handles data subjects right requests and assesses and reports data breaches.
