Our core offering includes high-performance radio units, a full software stack for RAN (L1/L2/L3), and end-to-end deployment solutions. We own our hardware and software designs and work with trusted partners for manufacturing and system integration. As we scale our operations and prepare for mass production, we are looking for a highly organized and technically fluent Technical Program Manager / Project Manager to help align our teams, streamline development and deployment, and drive production readiness. This Technical Program Manager / Project Manager role is a central coordination point across our Hardware, Software, and RAN/Deployment teams. You'll work closely with engineering leads and the CTO to ensure that prototypes, features, and full systems are delivered on time and to spec — while also preparing internal processes and documentation for scaling and mass production.
