Overview Our lodge is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and elevate our dining operations. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. The Lodge Food & Beverage Manager assists with managing all aspects of the Lodge Kitchen three-meal restaurant, Owls Nest, In-Room Dining, and Outlet operations including forecasting and administrative duties. The position provides leadership that promotes exceptional service for guests and associates. They will always conduct themselves in a manner which supports the Core Values of Sunriver Resort: Trust, Open & Honest Communication and Commitment. He/She/They shall strive to deliver exceptional service to all internal and external guests at all times.
