Description Walk-in interviews every Wednesday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM at 5290 Villa Way, Edina, MN 55436 Assistant Property Manager: South Pointe Apartments Position: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Hourly Rate: Starting at $19.00 per hour South Pointe Apartments is a 142-unit apartment Property located in Bloomington MN. Living on-site is not a requirement of this position, but employees who do choose to live on-site will receive a higher rent discount! As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Site Manager in the operation of the rental office. You will help to achieve and maintain optimum occupancy of rental units.
