Job Summary : The Warehouse Lead supports daily warehouse operations under the direction of the Branch Manager and provides hands-on leadership to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment. This role serves as a working lead, coordinating daily assignments, coaching team members, enforcing safety practices, and assisting with inventory control and material handling activities. The Warehouse Lead acts as a key liaison between warehouse associates and leadership to support productivity, quality control, and clear communication, while performing the same core warehouse functions as the team.
