This role is responsible for setting engineering direction, ensuring compliance, and building scalable product and process standards that support reliable manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Lead design and development of panelboard systems (electrical schematics, bus design, enclosures) Establish engineering standards, documentation, and modular product structures Ensure compliance with UL 67, NEC, and related industry standards Own and manage UL certification processes and testing coordination Translate engineering designs into manufacturable solutions Partner with manufacturing teams to improve production efficiency and product quality Support product launches, pilot builds, and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sup...
