What the Role Is Super Star Car Wash is building a best-in-class marketing engine powered by customer data, lifecycle marketing, and personalization. We are looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Attentive, Braze or Klayvio - someone who understands what effective CRM and SMS programs look like and is confident owning the hands-on build, optimization and execution of them. In this role, you will serve as the primary operator of our CRM and personalization platforms, with a strong focus on maximizing our investment in Attentive. You'll manage day-to-day campaign creation, segmentation, journey automation, and performance optimization--using customer insights and behavioral data to continuously elevate engagement and retention. Working closely with the Director of Digital & Lifecycle, you will influence lifecycle strategy while owning its execution. Because you are closest to performance metrics and customer behavior, you will play a critical role in identifying opportunities, diagnosing gaps, and making informed recommendations that move the business forward.
