About the Role: The Workforce Scheduling & Wellbeing Lead is responsible for the end‑to‑end coordination of workforce scheduling and rostering across community‑based and supported living environments. The role provides leadership and day‑to‑day oversight of a diverse casual workforce, ensuring arrangements are sustainable, fair, and responsive to both participant needs and workforce capacity. Rosters are built, monitored, and adjusted with a holistic view of service delivery, workforce availability, and continuity of support. This position ensures scheduling practices support high‑quality participant outcomes across in‑home support and supported independent living, while meeting industrial, regulatory, and organisational requirements and actively promoting workforce wellbeing, engagement, and a positive experience for both workers and participants....
