Position Highlights: SUMMARY: Responsible for providing IT support within the organization. The IT Specialist is responsible for directing, planning, and coordinating all user problems, questions, and inquiries. They will need to proactively communicate and deliver information, follow through on assigned tasks, and resolve issues in an accurate and timely manner. Will be responsible for setting up systems/programs and maintaining equipment. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: REQUIRED CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS: Microsoft Certification preferred - Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or 1 year of related experience.
