Job description

Qualifications: - Associate degree, Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience. - 2-5 years of previous leadership experience preferred. - Previous experience with telecommunications or electrical highly preferred. - Basic understanding of LEAN methodology and concepts is preferred. - Overall planning and execution of enhancing quality and customer service - Product progress reports - Supervision of a medium size teams (15-25 direct reports on average).
