Description GENERAL SUMMARY: The Practice Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations and administrative functions of the entire clinic, including both front office and back clinical areas. This role oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations with a focus on physician relationships, staff engagement, and patient experience. The Practice Manager provides direction and leadership to ensure high-quality patient care and an efficient cost structure. Principal responsibilities include clinic operations, staff and resource management, and maintaining compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
