Allied Mechanical Services: Quoting & Warehouse Operations Specialist Job description: Allied Mechanical Service, a Smart Care Company, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to support our commercial refrigeration operations. This role is critical to ensure accurate inventory management, efficient parts handling, and timely deliveries to support field service technicians and customer installations. Qualifications: Job Quoting: - Possess a sense of urgency to deliver solutions for our technicians and customers - A strong communicator with the willingness to work with technicians to build accurate quotes for customers - Assist with sourcing parts, searching for best price and communicating with OEMs daily - Creating and entering PO’s Receiving & Inventory Management: - Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of parts, supplies, and equipment. - Accurately label and stock inventory in designated locations. - Perform routine inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
