We are looking for a Technical Trainer to join our team and help deliver high-quality technical and safety training for wind turbine service technicians. This is a hands-on, center-based role where you’ll bring complex concepts to life, support learner development, and contribute directly to the global energy transition. What you’ll do: Deliver pre-developed theoretical and practical training on GE Vernova wind turbine platforms including 1.X, 2.X, 3.X, and Cypress Lead engaging classroom sessions for both new and experienced technicians, adapting your style to different learning needs Facilitate practical, hands-on exercises that build real-world technical confidence Support trainees through VR-based learning modules , adding context and guidance throughout...
