Inside the Role This position provides operational Human Resources business partner/generalist support. This position currently supports DTNA’s Production Plant employees and custom truck service employees in Cleveland, NC. This includes aspects of providing employee development, coaching, investigations, HR process and policy expertise as well as exemplary customer focus and service. This position is responsible for supporting a diverse employee population with crucial services for the full employee life-cycle.
