TITLE : Platform and Solution Architects Manager DUTIES : DUTIES : BorgWarner PDS (USA) Inc. seeks a Platform and Solution Architects Manager based out of our office at 3800 Automation Avenue, Auburn Hills, MI 48326. This is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work both from home and from the aforementioned office address. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the aforementioned office address. This position requires international and domestic travel, as needed, up to 10%. Manage the platform team of 5 – 10 engineers locally in the region. Act as a technical liaison between the local team and the global lead site. Manage the technical development program of embedded platform software for complex Power Electronic control modules. Support and coordinate architecture and software design, specification of technical features, unit testing, verification, integration, and validation processes. Lead resource management/recruitment, mentoring/coaching/career development and performance evaluation.
