Job description

Service Offshore is a function within Vestas Northern & Central Europe (NCE). The Offshore Service Department is responsible for executing all service and maintenance work for the offshore wind turbines in the Vestas portfolio. Additionally, the operational activities are divided into three clusters, with Cluster 1 covering operations in Germany, Poland, and Denmark. In the coming years, Cluster 1 will experience significant growth due to the introduction of our V236 platform and will become a multi‑GW cluster. Cluster 1 currently employs approximately 280 people and further relies on numerous subcontractors who require effective management and leadership. The Service Director (f/m/d) for Cluster 1 reports to the Vice President for NCE Service Offshore Operations, where several supporting functions are also located. Responsibilities: As a Service Director, you will be based in Hamburg and will report directly to the Vice President for Service Operations.
