We are currently seeking a full-time Billing Manager who will oversee and coordinate all invoice activities for contracts across the company. As a key member of the Invoicing team, you will own the end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring that all billing outputs are accurate, timely, and compliant with GAAP and internal controls. In this role, you will lead a dedicated billing team, prioritizing workflows and mentoring staff to ensure alignment with project requirements. You will serve as a critical bridge between the Billing department and the General Ledger Accounting group, supporting month-end closing, year-end audits, and ERP system enhancements.
