ABOUT MASS GROUP: MASS Group provides a secure Operating System for defense manufacturing, specifically designed for regulated and air-gapped environments. Our platform covers work execution, asset lifecycle management, quality control, maintenance, and AI capabilities. By replacing paper-based processes, Excel WIP tracking, and outdated legacy systems in the most secure and disconnected facilities within the DoD and the Defense Industrial Base, we directly enhance the readiness and lethality of the warfighter. ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a Vice President of Product Management to own the vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for MASS Group's NextGen Manufacturing OS while leading the transition and evolution of our established TME platform. This is a high-impact, high-trust senior leadership role that will define the product architecture and trajectory of the company.
